Tropical Marine Power Easy Calcium – 1000 ml

The 1000 ml container of Tropical Marine Power Easy Calcium is a top of the line additive for marine aquariums, but is designed specifically for smaller aquariums occupied primarily by soft corals. Being one of the main macroelements in sea water, calcium is incredibly important to the growth and development of SPS, LPS, soft corals and other organisms such as snails or mussles, which consumer calcium directly from the water. A deficit of calcium can dramatically slow coral growth, but can also negatively affect their overall condition and longterm health. Calcium consumption depends on many factors, such as: water temperature, lighting, type of stock in the aquarium and many others, and its level requires regular checking. The better conditions in the aquarium, the faster the corals grow and the faster they consume calcium from the water.

Dosage

The dosage of MARINE POWER EASY CALCIUM depends on the daily calcium consumption. One full cap of the liquid added to the aquarium will increase the level of calcium by approximately 40 mg/l in 100 l of water. Dosage for larger tanks is presented in the table.

The contents of the cap should be added into the aquarium near the circulating pump, so the liquid can be distributed effectively in the aquarium.In case of higher consumption of calcium, we recommend our MARINE POWER ADVANCED CALCIUM product. Due to the potential stress to the inhabitants of the aquarium, the daily Ca increase should not exceed 30 mg/l.Note: Excess and deficiency of calcium can be both harmful to marine invertebrates, so you should regularly check the calcium level in the aquarium.
